CKT Level 1 Certification with Master Trainer, Ken Blackburn

 

IKFF Master Trainer, friend and business partner of Steve's, Ken Blackburn will be conducting a CKT level 1 certification this coming October in New Jersey.  See below for details to learn from this living legend.

🟢 Date: October 26th, 2025

🟢 Time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

🟢 Location: Butcher's Block, 240 West Ave, Long Branch, NJ

🟢 Price: Early reg: $600 until Sept 20th.  After Sept 20th, $700.

 

💪🏼 What to Expect:

• Detailed explanation and breakdown of the associated form, breathing, and proper technique of all of the classical kettlebell lifts.
  
  
• Lots of support in learning proper technique to ensure that when you leave this course, you will be sufficiently trained to teach others safe kettlebell form to maintain IKFF quality standards.
  
  
• You'll also learn regressions and progressions to assist clients in how to meet themselves where they are in their skill level to challenge themselves without risk of injury.
