Weigh in’s:
October 31st – 6pm to 8pm
November 1st – 7am to 9am
Competition start time – 10am
Pricing:
Early Registration (before Sept. 1) - $80
Regular Registration (Sept. 1 t to Oct 15t) - $100
Late Registration (After Oct 15) - $120
*Registration covers all events
*Competitors can compete in up to 3 events
*Competition sets can be in person or virtual. For virtual sets, videos must be submitted via private You Tube link between Oct 25th and Nov 1st. All virtual competitors will be emailed specific instructions prior to Nov. 3.

Kettlebells – 5 min and 10 min events:
- Jerk only
- Snatch only
- Biathlon (Jerk + Snatch)
- One Arm Long Cycle
- Double Long Cycle
Kettlebells – 12 min multi switch events:
- One Arm Jerk
- Snatch
- One Arm Long Cycle
Kettlebells – Half Marathon (30 min) events:
- One Arm Jerk
- Half Snatch
- One Arm Long Cycle
Kettlebells - Pentathlon:
- Single
- Double
Mace – 5 min and 10 min events:
- Two Arm 360’s
- Two Arm 10 to 2’s
- One Arm 360’s
- One Arm 10 to 2’s
Weight classes:
Men: 60kg, 64kg, 69kg, 75kg, 82kg, 90kg, 100kg, 100kg+
Women: 50kg, 54kg, 59kg, 65kg, 72kg, 72kg+
Ranking:
IKFF Rankings will be used for the 5 and 10 min kettlebell events
