IKFF Level 1 Certification in Maryland by Dana Zornes

IKFF Master Trainer Dana Zornes will be hosting a CKT level 1 certification this coming January in Maryland.  See below for details to learn from this high level trainer.

• Detailed explanation and breakdown of the associated form and techniques within each of these intensive courses.
  
  
• Lots of support in learning proper technique to ensure that when you leave these courses, you will be sufficiently trained to teach others safe kettlebell form to maintain IKFF quality standards.
  
  
• You'll also learn regressions and progressions to assist clients in how to meet themselves where they are in their skill level to challenge themselves without risk of injury.
